When purchased it did not come with a remote and was asked to place a seperate order for it, I havent had the need for the remote as I always used the Touch Screen. Screen is Immaculate, Plastic seal to go round the player to give it that finishing look is also present. For your security, Front pannel of the player is removable to activate its locking system..
